Every day, consumers are subjected to an ever growing fleet of mediocre, mundane and boring messages from real estate agents who couldn’t engage a drowning swimmer at a life vest convention!

Just how many newspaper ads, websites, billboards, flyers, letters and blogs fail to engage or compel the viewer?  How many billions are wasted every day in a world where the numbing sameness of pointless marketing is repetitively delivered with the breath-taking expectation that it will bring a different result?

There are rules against misleading advertising.  Fair enough.  But perhaps there should be rules against  RBA’s (Really Boring Ads).  Come on! Life is too short.

Many consumers, who have no involvement with our industry, believe real estate agents are paid too much.  They often challenge our fee for service and opt instead to barter down our price to score a better deal.  And, who can blame them?  In my experience over the last 30 years working in and observing our industry, so many real estate professionals simply do not have the talent or ability to represent their sellers with even an ounce of flair or imagination.  So I agree, for the most part, agents are way too expense because they fail to convince their target market that they can make a difference.   They simply don’t ADD VALUE.

Many real estate professionals professionals dish up the same old tired adjectives and clichés whether marketing themselves or their poor client’s property.   But what’s incredible is that they keep spending money to do it and expect a different result.

What’s the mission and how do Members use the Bestagents Personal Marketing System to get more listings and make more sales?   The mission is to provide Bestagents Members with a compelling and dynamic marketing edge and position them as not just another real estate professional serving an area, but the logical choice for sellers and the ideal real estate solution. Your system needs to be driven. Members reporting the best results have a consistent ongoing marketing campaign in place. While Members report immediate
leads, listings and sales from their Bestagents marketing programs, they understand continual contact ‘harvesting’ produces long term sustained increases in listings and sales.

What does exclsuivity mean?  Every Bestagents Membership (except ePack) comes with an Exclusive Geographic Footprint or EGF. This means Bestagents will not grant another Membership to any other real estate professional to operate within this area. Normally, the area is defined by a place name or physical description using roads as boundaries but never as a postal code. This can cause ‘overlapping’. The terms of your Bestagents Membership includes the right to distribute any and all Bestagents related material within your EGF. This includes for example, any kind of letter drop, flyer, postcard or other generic communication.

What is the ideal size of an EGF?    Each EGF differs in size. The ‘Bestagents Pro’ package allows for a maximum of 3000 households but many EGFs are less than half this size. Test marketing indicates a clear increase in response rates when a specific area is targeted more than 7 times in a 1 year. As the majority of new contact ‘harvesting’ is sourced by letter drop marketing, it’s not feasable or financially prudent to consistently deliver to a large number of households. 

Social Media Advertising and Marketing is encouraged as long as the principle trargeted geographic is within the members EGF

Outdoor signage is only permitted within the Member’s EGF 

Newspaper marketing Newspapers have substantial distribution. Bestagents marketing is encouraged in newspapers as long as the Member’s EGF is within the newspapers distribution area.

Radio has a vast geographic distribution. Bestagents radio marketing is encouraged as long as the Member’s EGF is within the radio station’s listenership area.

Newsletter Marketing Newsletters carrying any reference to Bestagents marketing can not be distributed beyond the Member’s EGF.

Internet marketing Where portal domain marketing (banner advertising) is concerned, Members are encouraged to create offers and promotions within area/s specified as being within their EGF.

Affiliation logo  The Bestagents logo and Membership affiliation logo Members are encouraged to use their Bestagents Membership affiliation logo on all marketing material wherever possible and permitted. This may include email signatures, newsletters, signs, letterhead, business cards, websites etc...

Office location marketing Members are encouraged to market Bestagents products, offers, promotions and affiliation from their normal commercial premises (office) as long as the office is within the Members EGF.

Community bulletin board marketing Members are encouraged to market Bestagents products, offers, promotions and affiliation on community bulletin boards/websites as long as the location (or specified area in the case of websites) is within the Members EGF.

What is the term of your Membership? Memberships term vary from nil (ePack) to 6 and 12 months. Members enjoy the initial 30 days as a money back guarantee period. If, after receiving your Bestagents materials and Personal Marketing System, you are not convinced your Membership will help you win more listings and make more sales, simply return all materials within 30 days from the date of order and receive a 100% refund.

The Bestagents Personal Marketing System is designed to be embedded into your current marketing strategy.
